Diplexer
Description
Sometimes called a signal mixer, this device allows you to combine off-air and satellite signals. By using two of these Diplexers you can combine the off-air signal with the satellite signal and run it down one coax and in to the house. At thereceiver you will need to use the second Diplexer to split out the two signals so you may connect the signals to your satellite receiver. When properly connected, putting the satellite receiver in standby will automatically switch the television input to the off-air antenna. Switching the satellite receiver on will switch the television input to the satellite reception
